This past weekend, my whole family (minus Tom & Kit) were down in GA for my brother's 40th birthday. He only knew that Mom & Dad were coming down, so we surprised him real good!
It was a fast weekend, but so much fun to all be together again. It looked like a campground around their place with 4 tents set up.
Here is the birthday man
The 4-wheeler got plenty of use.

We went out for supper Saturday night at Captain Franks.
Played games, sat around and talked...
Sunday after church, we took family pictures. Some of the little people weren't too impressed. Didn't want to stand. I guess they were probably hungry.
Stan and Kirilee (the oldest and youngest Stauffer, well besides Mom & Dad)

It's just the lighting.
These two anxiously await their 3rd child in October.

Silly moments:
I think she was getting spoiled this weekend! She's so much fun to dote on. Such a happy baby.
I flew down on Saturday morning to Albany, GA. Rhonda & my nieces came along to pick me up. They got this brainstorm to hold signs with my name on it, acting like I wouldn't know where to go.
Monday afternoon, Mom & Dad and myself, flew out of Tallahasse, FL. When we got to the airport, I was going to try to get on Mom & Dad's flight, but they wouldn't let me. I waved good-bye to Mom & Dad as they got on their flight. We were going to meet up in Atlanta again. After they boarded, I went to check my flight again. ( it had been a half hour later than scheduled when I got to the airport) It was now going to be an hour & 45 minutes late, which meant I would miss my connecting flight and not get home that night yet!
I talked to Delta, got on standby for a little bit earlier flight. Flew into Atlanta, ran up the ramp and saw my connecting flight was closed. I was so bummed. By this time, I was so ready to be home with my husband and son. Went to Mom & Dad's gate, and was going to try to get on that flight, but it was full. So I had to go to the Delta help desk, and they gave me a hotel voucher, and rescheduled to fly out on Tuesday morning. I finally got home about 14 hrs later than what I had planned.
Was so very glad to see this man:
Kit went running away from me, when I picked him up at his friends' house.
